JEFFREY M. SULENSKI (Contact Mejsulenski@pahl-mccay.com) is a partner of the firm as well as the transactional specialist. Mr. Sulenski concentrates on commercial transactions, commercial financing, real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property and licensing. He is a 1971 graduate of the University of Illinois and received his J.D. from Boalt Hall in 1982 after first receiving a Masters degree in Library Science from the University of Illinois in 1972 and a Masters degree in English from California State University, Sacramento in 1979. Mr. Sulenski has previously served as the Chair of the Business Law Section Executive Committee, on the Conference of Delegates/ Committee as well as on the Education Committee for the Santa Clara County Bar Association. In addition, Mr. Sulenski is a director and the Financial Secretary of the San Jose Day Nursery, a non-profit corporation dedicated to providing quality affordable day care to low income families.
